Q: How much do your solutions cost?
A: We have an extremely low cost model, this is usually made up of a set-up fee, a monthly service rental fee and a usage fee (Or usage refund in the case of some telephone numbers that generate a revenue). The exact fees are subject to your requirements an example being: A 10 person Virtual Call Centre with Call Recording and the full Agent Desktop with full Reporting would cost around £500 - £1500 set-up (Depending on complexity), a service rental fee of around £6 - £15 per agent per month. Usage is obviously impossible to guess as this depends on many factors such as how many calls you receive, what type of telephone number you have chosen etc.... If however your Virtual Call Centre was based on 0871 or 0844 then the chances are you wouldn't actually have a usage charge at all.
